Somewhere in Tortola there are 453,125 shares of Oramed bought by Ledo Trust at 3.63 from its trustee and Oramed board member Leonard Sank on 26 February 2021 when Oramed settled at 8.91 on 340,000 shares traded.
The transfer of the $3 million capital gain to a trust managed by Mr Sank over which he claimed no control was noble. Mr Sank claimed no control of the trust in February 2021. On August 1, 2022 Mr Sank claimed on Form 4 filed that he resigned as the trustee from the trust on 3 February 2022, one year later.
To be precise the claim is that a company held the shares and that company was controlled by a trust of which he was the trustee and is not now the trustee.
So which of the Form 4's are to be believed?
