The quarterly confession.

An $850,000 settlement in Delaware Chancery Court, the $6 million dispute with Chinese owners continues, operating costs doubled to issue free specie to executives, the Cystron, Oravax Medical promise of a Covid 19 vaccine continues searching for unvaccinated volunteers in South Africa, Israel and beyond while the Vietnamese have preordered ten million doses of a vaccine that isn't.

The Cystron tale does not age well.

The scientific minds from HC Wainright, combined with Premas Biotech and an unamed fellow to form a shell company Cystron that was intended to live for 14 days in March 2020 at the peak of Covid 19 global trauma promising a novel cure.

The unnamed fellow did not disclose his interest in Cystron until it was reincarnated as Oravax Medical one year later and came to rest on Oramed's balance sheet as a 63% owned subsidiary where the unnamed fellow Mr Nadav Kidron passed his time as the CEO.

A curious appendix is the inclusion of updated Indemnifications for the Board of Directors

The circus requires $11 million a quarter. $6 million more quarter over quarter spent not on science but executive equity compensation for the fourteen cast members. There is the matter of what appears to be about $50,000 a month in consulting fees for the Kidron's plus the $140,000 a quarter for Mr Kidron to maintain his hind quarters in the United States.

Oramed paper shuffled through the secondary market found a new home in German asset managers, the usual institutional suspects,  and AI bots.

Nary an aggrieved shareholder has sought judicial remedy holding a bag worth eighty percent less.
